How We Can Help

Feel free

If you’re feeling trapped or overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or an eating disorder, a session with a Psychologist is an excellent step in the right direction.

However, we understand the first step is often the hardest. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure you have a comfortable experience — even as you work through pain and personal challenges.

It is our deepest hope that you walk away from each session feeling lighter, empowered, stronger, and a step closer to where you want to be.

Let’s do this, together

At New Growth, you’re genuinely heard and can speak openly and honestly about where you’re at. We’re passionate about seeing you freed from the hardships that anxiety, depression, and eating disorders bring to your everyday life. We’re in this together.

Anxiety

Anxiety can be truly debilitating. We’ll uncover the cause of your anxiety and explore strategies you can use to confidently manage symptoms and anxiety-driven emotions in a range of circumstances.

We provide tailored therapy for people experiencing social anxiety, circumstantial anxiety (for example, finances or work), phobias, PTSD, panic attacks, and more.

Depression

Often, depression can leave you feeling completely out of control. From general numbness to a lack of motivation, lost sleep, and more, depression is difficult to overcome without professional support.

Symptoms and causes may stem from genetics, drug and alcohol abuse, life events, or traumatic experiences. Whatever the catalyst, we’ll help you manage the symptoms of depression and move forward to a happier, more fulfilling life.

Eating Disorders

From anorexia to binging, emotional eating, food avoidance, and more, our Psychologist is experienced in treating a range of eating and body image disorders.

Whether you’ve been struggling for weeks, months, or years, we want you to feel in control of your body and confident in your skin. We’ll help you work through any underlying complex issues and set you on a path for life-changing healthy habits and positive self-image.

During the free 15-minute consultation, you can ask our Psychologist, Emma, questions and get a feel for what a session will be like. If we decide to move forward together, you can expect comfortable therapy at your pace. More than a listening ear (although, we provide that too!) we’ll give you the skills and strategies you need to make life changes, when you’re ready.

Please note, we do not do therapy for couples, families, or children at this time.
